12345/60 = 205.75, which means 205 minutes and some remainder in seconds. One what to find the remainder is 12345-205*60 = 45, so we have 205 minutes, 45 seconds as the partial answer.
205/60 - 3.146666..., so this means it turns into 3 hours and a remainder of minutes 205-3*60 = 25, so the final answer is 3 hours, 25 minutes and 45 seconds.
