    Hi professor Hubbard,
    I'm in your math 15 class on Mondays, and Wednesdays. I just wanted to see if you can exaplain to me a little more on turning binary to decimals. Also on the HW it says round to 3 significant digits, I wanted to know if you start from left to right or right to left. Thank you for your time and I hope you get back to me soon - Luis
